Midlakes United, Bellevue’s first USL2 pre-professional soccer club, has launched a community ownership campaign on WeFunder, allowing local residents to invest in the team starting at $100 per share. The campaign, running through April 30, 2025, aims to give fans a stake in the city’s first USL franchise.

Clean Building Performance Standard Guidelines

Commerce awards $55.5 million to help building owners meet Clean Building Performance Standards | Washington State Dept. of Commerce

Seventy building owners across Washington received $45 million in Clean Buildings Performance Grant funding from the Washington State Department of Commerce. The awarded building owners, which include private and public entities, will use the funds to make energy-efficient upgrades that support compliance with the state’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS).
