Celebrate Health & Physical Activity Month this Spring Quarter. The Health & Physical Education Department is sponsoring two exciting workout sessions open to faculty, staff, and students.
What: Pound Rock-out Workout is a music-driven, drumming-inspired workout. Drumsticks provided along with high-energy music and step-by-step instructions for a great workout.
When: Wednesday, April 26th.
Two sessions offered. (Please only sign-up for one session. There is a limit of 15 per session)
- Session 1: 10:30am-11:20am
- Session 2: 11:30pm-12:20pm
