Attention all Instructors! It is time for student evaluations. Instead of printing out multiple forms, we can save paper by using the online course evaluations!
Choose to “Opt In” to allow your students to participate in the online evaluations process for Spring 2012. Faculty must choose to participate in this process each quarter to activate the program.
Student access will be opened up on Monday, May 7 at 9 a.m. and closed on Tuesday, June 12 at 4 p.m. We must turn off the evaluations program prior to the start of final exams, so please remind your students about the deadline. The attached notice will be posted in the student Blackboard VISTA sites on Monday morning. If you are using the online evaluations program for classes not hosted in Blackboard VISTA, please feel free to make copies and/or adjust accordingly for your students.
To choose to “Opt In”, go to https://bellevuecollege.edu/ClassEval/manage/default.aspx
Choose “Educators” access, and type in your Employee ID number (EID) and PIN when prompted. This is the information that you use to access your Instructor Briefcase. If you don’t know your EID and PIN, please contact Human Resources at 425-564-2274 for assistance.
Search for the classes you want to have evaluated from the drop down list. Put a check in the box located next to the classes you want evaluated. Once you have selected all of the classes, click on the “opt-in” button at the top or bottom of the page. If you have done this correctly, the words “Opt-In” next to your classes should turn green. You are all set to go and can now log out.
Please contact Susan Hampson susan.hampson@bellevuecollege.edu or Deric Gruen deric.gruen@bellevuecollege.edu if you have any questions.
