W Building Project
Starting 5 PM Friday, April 11, parking lots D1, C7, C8, C10, and C12 will be closed to make way for the new W Building. This building will be located in the current footprint of the north part of the C Building and the Greenhouse. Construction will begin at the end of April.
Student Union Building Project
The Student Union project includes renovating MCS and Student Engagement spaces, public areas, and the dining area’s kitchen. Work is planned for May with a goal of reopening in early September. During the project, the building and the dining facilities in the Student Union Building will be closed.
On May 9, Student Engagement, MCS, ASG and the LGBTQ+ Resource Center will be moving out of the C building to a temporary location. MCS and Student Engagement will temporarily reside on the first floor of the L building. ASG and the LGBTQ+ Resource Center will be housed in the S building. (Exact locations will be announced soon.)
