The annual Asian Pacific Americans in Higher Education Conference will be held in California, home to the largest population of Asian and Asian Americans in the United States. Expect three days of amazing conference sessions, networking opportunities, inspiration, knowledge sharing, and community outreach. The theme of this year’s conference: Choosing Humanity: Co-creating Joy, Justice, and Leadership.
The Asian Pacific Islander Student Association (APISA) is sponsoring 10 conference slots for student leaders and active students. Students who are interested in attending the conference need to submit an application by Thursday, March 6 in order to be considered. Applicants must be enrolled in at least 7 credits during Spring 2025 quarter, be in good academic standing, and have a 2.5 Cumulative GPA.
Travel time frame is expected to be April 9 – 12.
Applications are accepted on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Please note there will be a review process for applicants and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Fulfillment of eligibility criteria and quality of responses for the provided questions will be considered during review.
