Student Life is one of the three units within the division of Student Affairs at Bellevue College. The Student Life unit, reporting to the Dean of Student Life and Leadership, is made up of five departments: Athletics, High School Programs, Housing, Student Engagement (currently known as Student Programs), and the Welcome Center.
Housing, Student Engagement (Student Programs), and the Welcome Center have joined forces to create a consolidated process for hiring their 21-22 student staff. These departments focus on student support, student development, and access to relevant resources and support.
The 2021-2022 Student Life student employment application includes the following positions:

- Campus Activities Board Coordinators
- Student Affinity Coordinators
- Housing
- Housing Front Desk
- Resident Assistants
- Welcome Center
- BC Student Ambassadors
Hiring Timeline
April 12 – 30: Applications accepted via the online application.
May 5: We’ll contact eligible students for interview with a panel of Student Life staff members.
May 10: Interviews begin.
May 16: Students provide post-interview feedback to Student Life.
May 17: Students may be contacted for second round interviews.
May 25: Student employment position offers begin.
