We recently realized a complete overhaul to the design of the Bellevue College website—one of the most ambitious digital transformations in our institution’s history. This project was a true collaboration between our Institutional Advancement and Information Technology Services divisions, working as a core team to ensure the site is not only modern and user-friendly but also strategically aligned with our brand and technological needs.

Throughout this process, we navigated significant personnel transitions, welcoming new leadership and team members who brought fresh perspectives and expertise. Despite these changes, our team remained committed to delivering a website that enhances the user experience for students, faculty, and staff. The work continues, but today we have a site that is more intuitive, accessible, and scalable for the future. This project is a testament to the power of cross-functional teamwork and adaptability in achieving a shared vision.

Bellevue College Website Redesign: The Final Milestone

Bellevue College has officially launched its redesigned website, guided by extensive research, content strategy, and strong leadership approval. Expansion to department-level sites will continue throughout the year, managed by the IA website team.

Design Completion

The end of our vendor partnership signals the realization of multiple deliverables, as well as the approval of final designs for various sites.

Sitemap and Wireframes

The website redesign moves forward with our vendor handling design and core team managing development. With the creation of sitemaps comes a focus on developing wireframes and annotation guide.
