This fall, the Occupational & Life Skills Bellevue College (OLSBC) Exercise for Fitness class met to walk to Robinswood Park in Bellevue for their Community Activity. This park is unique because you can walk around the greenspace, take in the fall colors and visit the ducks at the pond. It also has an area in the back southeast corner that opens out to beautiful evergreen trees and forested short hiking trails.
OLSBC students had a wonderful time exploring the park and getting their fitness on. Learning to exercise in nature – especially in the rain – was a rewarding experience for everyone!
