Please join us in welcoming Jason Crull as the new Workforce Development Program Manager for the Occupational & Life Skills Bellevue College (OLSBC) program.
Jason has dedicated his career to education and is passionate about supporting young adults as they transition into meaningful and independent post-secondary lives. He began his journey as a Job Coach with the University of Cincinnati’s Transition and Access Program, where he provided hands-on support to students in workplace settings. Over the past decade, Jason has served as a Special Education Teacher, Intervention Specialist, and Career Exploration Course designer, working with students, families, and local businesses to create impactful learning opportunities that prepare students for life after high school.
While he may be new to the OLSBC team, he brings extensive experience in workforce development and transition services. “I’ve always believed in meeting students where they are and helping them build confidence as they take steps toward independence,” he shared. “The OLSBC program’s commitment to fostering student growth through hands-on learning and internships resonates deeply with me.”
He is looking forward to contributing to the program’s continued success. “I’m excited to join a team so dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities,” he said. “I look forward to working with students and business partners to build bridges between education and employment.”
Jason lives with his wife, Meghan, and their dog, Joon. In his free time, you will find him exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking, skiing, and camping.
Welcome to the OLSBC team, Jason!
