Dear Directors,

We are so excited to host our Annual Bellevue College Vocal Jazz Festival in a few days. Below is some basic information to FAQs for you. This information is also available on our Festival Website under “Director’s Information”.

Music Selection Form

Fill out and bring 3 copies for Judges.

Parking

Parking is FREE on Saturdays and all evenings after 3pm.

Busses

if you are coming by bus, please direct the bus driver to the bus pull out on the south side of the student Parking Lot 14 for drop-off near Carlson Theater. They can then leave campus or circle around back to the front of the school and park in lot 3. Busses do not need to pay for parking.

Cars

Driving Cars and vans on campus. Please park in lot 12, 14, or 15.

Food

FRIDAY: The cafeteria is open from 7am to 3pm. Fridays Coffee shop in front of C building: open 8am to 2:30pm
SATURDAY: Coffee Shop in C Building will be open 11AM – 2PM with a special menu for are guests – please see attached. THE C BUILDING CAFETERIA AREA will be open for students to eat at tables if you want to brown bag, order pizzas etc.

Tickets

There are limited tickets available at Brown Paper Tickets.

Clinicians/Adjudicators

Guest adjudicators for 2019 will be: Dave Barduhn, Vijay Sing, Kelly Eisenhour, Georgina Philippson, & Dave Cross.

BC Equipment

Piano, Drum Kit (with Hi-Hat Cymbals), Bass Amp, Guitar amp, Keyboard Amp provided. (You should bring Cymbals, auxiliary percussion etc.) If you need Vibes or Keyboard – Please let us know.
