Referral Fees
Agents are responsible for sending the invoice to IE each quarter. Agent_Fillable Invoice
Invoice processing will begin after the 20th day of each quarter. Please allow 2-3 weeks for payment.

Contract Duration
The Bellevue College contract is valid for 2 years and can only be renewed before the original contract expires.
A new contract will be necessary if the current one has lapsed. All documents will be required to be re-submitted.
Renewal
Contract renewal occurs when an agent has referred at least 1 student each academic year.
If an agent’s agreement has expired and they have not enrolled students at BC for 2 years, a new contract will be necessary.
