Wendy joined Bellevue College and the Faculty Commons in April 2023. She grew up in Maryland but moved to Washington just after graduating from the University of Maryland, working in private industry until the COVID shut down. She used the shut down time to complete her MBA studies online. Although Wendy has only been working in higher ed a short time, she is excited and energized by the innovation and creativity that are cultivated here.
In her spare time, you can usually find Wendy reading or making something. From baking or knitting to paper crafting and 3D printing, she loves to find creative outlets and experiment with new mediums.
