Welcome to Bellevue College!

If you are an adjunct faculty member, please contact Chloe Horning for more information about the upcoming Orientation. She is the Adjunct Support Lead in the Faculty Commons.
If you are a new tenure-track faculty, please contact Zhenzhen He-Weatherford. She is the Tenure Mentoring Lead in the Faculty Commons.
The general orientation is designed and developed for new faculty at Bellevue College with four main goals in mind – to provide new faculty with the following:

- opportunities to interact with other faculty members
- insights into the culture and the organizational structure of the college
There is an option for new adjunct faculty to attend a 30-minute meeting with the Faculty Union (BCAHE) after the Orientation.
Tenure-track faculty will continue after the general orientation to learn more about the tenure process and receive the following:
- timely information about the tenure process
- an opportunity to connect with their mentor
