Reminder: Be sure to log out of the HP by 3 p.m.
- The HP, our legacy system that contains data for students, staff, and faculty, will be
turned off completely at 3 p.m. Data that existed in the HP will migrate to ctcLink. - Be sure to download any information you need prior to 3 p.m. and log out of the system.
- The Human Resources and Payroll Offices will be closed starting today as staff prepare to go live. Limited services will resume on Nov. 15.
If you haven’t done so already, check out the ctcLink website. There’s a lot of good information on the site! Remember, too, that information can change daily. Please be patient while we work to bring you the information you need, when you need it.
And in case you missed it:
When will I activate my account?

- Wednesday, Nov. 10—First timesheet in ctcLink due
- Friday, Nov. 12—Faculty gain access to ctcLink
