Winter Quarter Enrollment is Open!

Hi Student,

Winter Quarter enrollment is open in ctcLink! If it’s your scheduled time to enroll, log in to your ctcLink account and enroll early for your best selection of classes.

With enrollment opening a couple of weeks later than usual, it’s important to get into the classes that help you continue your academic progress.

Here’s how to enroll:

  1. Consider making an appointment with your academic advisor to make sure you take classes on your educational plan
  2. Log in to ctcLink
  3. Enroll using one of ctcLink’s enrollment functions: enroll through class search, enroll through your shopping cart, or enroll through your planner

Remember: you MUST activate your ctcLink account to log in and be able to enroll. If you haven’t already, use your BC Student ID (SID) to activate your ctcLink account.

Payment Options for Winter Quarter

Winter Quarter tuition payments can be made according to the following plan due to the college’s implementation of ctcLink and the unavailability of our tuition payment plan.

If you enroll between Nov. 29 – Dec. 10, 30 percent of your tuition is due by Dec. 21. The remaining balance is due by Jan. 12.

If you enroll between Dec. 11 – Jan. 2, 30 percent of your tuition is due by Jan. 30 OR you can sign up for the tuition payment plan (if available). The remaining balance is due by Jan. 12.

If you enroll on or after Jan. 3, full tuition is due at the time you enroll OR you can sign up for the tuition payment plan.

If you are a recipient of Financial Aid or completed a financial aid file by Sept. 17, you are held in the classes you register for, and no payment is due until financial aid is applied to your account or until the Financial Aid Office processes your file.
