Operating Hours
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Note: Washington State law requires that children may only be at the Center for a total of 10 consecutive hours per day. In cases where families require extended-hours-care, parents must make arrangements with the office ahead of time.
Tuition & Fees
Priority is given to BC students, staff, and faculty as well as Costco employees.
Child care Fee/Tuition Schedule (last update October 2024)
Nonrefundable Annual/Quarterly Registration Fee:
- $100/Year per family upon enrollment & every Oct 1st.
- $50/Year Supply fee per Child every Oct 1st.
- $25/Quarter per family for BC quarterly enrolled student families every quarter.

* To qualify for the following rates you must meet eligibility requirements & provide quarterly income verification. Full time BC student families may income qualify for an additional discount – see Center Director for application.
Part time care is limited. Full days only, no half days, two or three days a week. Part time is a minimum of two days per week.
Priority is given for full time enrollment.
A $25 late fee will be charged for tuition payments received after the fifth of the month.
