What I Do:
- Provide internship and career advising in one on one appointments and in workshops.
- Coordinate students who are taking Academic Internships courses including EXPRL 191/192/193.
- Skilled at internship preparation, job search strategies, updating resumes, and coaching for interviews.
- Certified MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory assessment interpretation to support academic and career path choices.
What I Love About My Role:
- As a former Bellevue College student who utilized the Center for Career Connections and the Academic Internship Program, I know firsthand the benefits of working with the career services and internship teams. Now, I have the opportunity to support others in their career and academic exploration.
- Preparation is key. Identify what’s important to you including your interests and strengths. Practice talking about them with confidence.
- In my spare time I enjoy design, walking, road trips and watching action and sci-fi movies.
