This manual conveys local guidance on the policies and procedures of Basic and Transitional Studies (BaTS) at Bellevue College (BC). These policies and procedures align with: Collective Bargaining Agreements between BC and Washington Public Employees Association (WPEA), Community College Coalition (CCC), and the BC Board of Trustees; the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC); Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA); and other state and federal policies that impact adult education programming.
BaTS at BC is housed under the Arts & Humanities Division. Faculty and staff should refer to A&H Division Employee Resources site for more general resources that complements the guidance provided within this manual.
