This weekend's league opener series has been changed due to weather conditions. Bellevue will travel to Douglas College on Sunday March 29 for a 1:00 PM doubleheader. Bellevue will then host Douglas at Bellevue's Courter Field on Monday March 30 at 1:00 PM. Check back for more details if the schedule changes again. Bellevue's perennial powerhouse softball program begins tournament play this weekend in Longview at the inaugural Inter-Region Tourney. The Bulldogs will play South Puget Sound and Grays Harbor before squaring off with defending NWAACC Champion Lower Columbia and Oregon powerhouse Chemeketa to close out the round-robin tourney. The Bulldogs ended their season at the NWAACC Tournament the weekend of November 20-22 by winning their first two tournament matches against Treasure Valley 3-0 and Tacoma 3-0, but then fell to eventual champions Chemeketa 3-0 (50-0 record this season) in the semifinals.
