
Bellevue College men’s basketball won the NWAC Crossover held on their home court with an 87-69 victory over South Puget Sound today. The ‘dogs won all three of their games over the weekend that featured Wenatchee Valley and Portland in addition to BC and South Puget Sound.
Bellevue raced out to a comfortable 52-34 first half lead and coasted the rest of the way. They were 10-of-24 from three-point range.
Jett Briceno was eight-of-ten from the field and led BC with 19 points in a balanced scoring attack. Aydan Janssan and Owen Moriarty scored 18 and 17 points respectively while Bishop Tosi added 13.
Bellevue is now 7-4 and winners of six straight as they take a break for the holidays. They host Pierce on Wednesday January 4 for their final non-league game at 7:00 p.m.
