Bulldogs Dominate at Edmonds College Volleyball Invite

Bellevue College volleyball not only won all four matches this weekend at the Edmonds College Invite, the Bulldogs won all four in straight sets, going 12-0 in dominating fashion.

On Friday, BC got revenge on Pierce College as Meg Perry had 11 kills while Marin Mackey had 9 along with 8 digs. The win came days after a rough loss to the same team in which Bellevue had a 2-0 lead before eventually falling. In the second match on Friday, Bellevue defeated fellow North Region rival Everett by scores of 25-13, 26-24, 25-20. Perry was again swinging the hot left hand with 8 kills and a kill percentage of 64%. Freshman setter Taylor Pederson had 16 assists.

On Saturday Bellevue defeated Yakima Valley (25-18, 25-23, 25-19) and South Puget Sound in the nightcap. No individual statistics were provided.

Bellevue takes their four-game win streak (10-4 overall) back home for a Wednesday September 14 match vs. Tacoma at 7:00 PM.
