
Bellevue College women’s soccer continued their preparation for the upcoming playoff rounds with a convincing 5-1 win at Lower Columbia yesterday afternoon in Longview in their regular season finale. The Bulldogs wasted no time getting on the board early as Hannah Woten found the back of the net 5 minutes into the game. At the 21:42 mark, Malia Miller added a second goal then assisted on Lauren Landis’ moments later. Landis and Donnya Kvinge would add another pair near halftime for the blowout 5-0 halftime lead.
The Red Devils managed to get on the scoreboard at the 63:34 mark in a match dominated by BC’s offense, as the ‘dogs attacked with 15 shots on goal while allowing the Red Devils only one for the day.
Bellevue wrapped up regular season play at 11-2-1 (13-3-1 overall). The Bulldogs ended up in second place in the West Region and will host the number three seed from the East Region, Spokane, next Wednesday November 6 at 1:00 p.m.
