The Bulldogs volleyball team had a tough battle Friday, Nov. 4, losing to the Olympic Rangers in five: 9-25, 25-17,14-25, 22-25. Olympic, who had been on a hot streak winning four consecutive matches, outplayed the Bulldogs on an emotional sophomore night in Bremerton. “We have had bad moments or rotations or had someone off their game for a bit in a match, but never everyone at once,” said Bellevue’s coach Kim Culliton. “I expected us at this point in the season to be much more polished and prepared, but what’s important now is to prepare for Shoreline on Tuesday and then the NWAACC Championship Tournament,” she continued.
The Bulldogs (7-2 league, 20-10 season) will be at home in the final regular season game, hosting the Shoreline Dolphins (7-2, 22-10) in the deciding match for the North Region volleyball title and seeding going into the NWAACC Championship Tournament, Nov. 17. If you haven’t been to a BC volleyball game this season, make this one the one to see and support our great student athletes!
