Bellevue Wins Opener 8-1 Before Game Two Halted Due to Rain; Series to be Continued With Tripleheader on Sunday at Meridian Park

Bellevue’s Nick Kiel spun a four-hitter and was aided by Anthony Flatt’s 4 RBI and Ryan Malone’s 3-for-3 day as Bellevue defeated Shoreline 8-1 in the opener before a one hour 20 minute delay before game two began. Bellevue jumped out 4-0 before the game was halted in the top of the third inning with one out. The continuation of that game from that point will begin at 1PM at Shoreline’s Meridian Park before the regularly scheduled doubleheader will begin after the completion of the halted
game.

Here are some important notes for fans traveling this Sunday to Bellevue’s doubleheader at Shoreline which will be played at Meridian Park in North Seattle:

I-5 North
Take Exit For 175th Street
Take left off Exit onto 175th. 
Take Left at 2nd Red Light onto Meridian Avenue
Take Right at 170th Street
Park in school parking lot and walk down to park

$5.00 for adults
$3.00 for students, youths, and seniors
