A rough start out of the gate allowed Everett to scratch across one run which was all that was needed to seal Everett’s salvage of a split on the day.
On Sun. Mar. 30, the ‘dogs swept region rival Edmonds 6-4 and 8-3. Bellevue had a comfortable 4-0 lead through six innings before things got interesting in the seventh and eighth as the Tritons struck back with four runs.
