
Bellevue College men’s golf took charge on day one and never let up, winning the Highline Showdown by 23 strokes at Oakbrook GC. The Bulldogs were led by Saum Sabetian and Isaac Elaimy who tied for first overall in the individual standings with two-day totals of +5. They shot identical scores of 74-73.
Sabetian birdied the 18th to finish with a back nine 35. Elaimy also birdied his final hole to match his teammate Sabetian. The ‘dogs depth did not end there as Kai Lambro bounced back from a day one 79 to 75 on day two to finish fifth overall. Milo Stover finished at +13 to round out BC’s scoring.
The Bulldogs will now train in the off-season for the second part of their season in the spring.
