
Bellevue College men’s golf competed at the NWAC League Match held at Oakbrook GC in Tacoma this past weekend and were led by freshman Matthew Davidson, who shot his career-best round in a college tournament, firing a 76. His electric round came on day two to follow up on his opening round score of 82. His low round on Monday was catapulted by three birdies on holes 1-9. Davidson finished at +16 for the tourney and tied for 21st overall.
Charlie Powell shot 84-84 while Brian Morrell had rounds of 97-95 to close out Bellevue’s scoring.
Bellevue will now take time off to prepare for the NWAC Championships, held May 19-20 at Apple Tree GC in Yakima.
