Bellevue College women’s tennis lost 5-4 to visiting Treasure Valley on Fri. Apr. 5. Although Bellevue only lost three matches on the court, the ‘dogs ended up forfeiting singles #6 match and the third doubles match due to lack of players.
Emma Wetzel won 6-1, 6-1 at #2 singles while Tess Wimer won 6-2, 6-4 at #4 singles. Bellevue won both of their doubles matches with Shanna Chua and Wimer teaming up for the #1 doubles win, 8-2 before Wetzel and Sadie Wilson won #2 doubles by a score of 8-1.
Bellevue has a break in action until Fri. Apr. 26 when they host Highline College at Harbor Square Athletic Club. First serve is set for 6:30 p.m.
