With a narrow 39-35 lead at halftime, the ‘dogs kept Walla Walla in check with 50% shooting from the field along with four steals by Cole who kept the pressure on the Warriors’ offense all night.
Logan Stempniak, who led the team with 30 points, was five-for-10 from the field and made all four of his free throws in the second half. Cole’s seven steals were supplemented by three from Jeremiah Hersrud.
