Men’s Tennis Loses 7-2 at Willamette

Although 0-3 for the season, Bellevue College men’s tennis continues to grow as they were competitive again against a four-year university, losing Friday February 22 7-2 to Willamette University at the Salem Swim and Tennis Club.

Oscar Cruz and Ivan Paredes took home points for BC winning #2 singles (3-6, 6-3, 10-7 (tie-breaker set) and #5 singles (6-2, 6-2) respectively.

Freshman Hayden Wood lost a tough one, bowing in three to Willamette’s Gene Perle-Jones 0-6, 7-5, and 11-9 in the tie-breaker.
