
After playing a tough pre-season schedule filled with four-year university opponents, the Bellevue College women’s tennis team got off to a good start in NWAC play with an 8-0 win over Skagit Valley. The team won in straight sets in all six singles matches and three doubles matches.
Moriah Austin, Bellevue’s number one singles player, won with ease in both her singles matchup and doubles pairing with teammate Jessie Han. Here are the final results. Bellevue hosts Spokane tomorrow April 16 at 10:30 a.m. at Robinswood Tennis Center.
