Former Bulldogs Cory Urquhart and Scott Kuzminsky helped Team NWAACC USA to the bronze medal with an extra-inning 9-7 win over the Chinese Taipei national team at the World Baseball Challenge in Prince George BC. Urquhart had four RBI’s and led the team with an amazing .469 average in the tourney. Kuzminsky, who earned the save in last night’s win over Team Canada, was again called upon for emergency relief, earning the win with two innings of work. Tyler Baumgartner also had two hits and hit .406 for the tourney.
