With co-captain Max Brown gone with the New Zealand National team attempting to qualify for the World Baseball Classic, Jake Reppert filled in and led the squad to a 4-0 win in the deciding game of the annual Blue-Grey World Series. In game one, Nate Anderson and Nick Pribble each had RBI hits. Pribble’s was a 2 RBI single which won the game in the third inning. In game two, Team Kerr won 2-0 in a pitchers’ duel that allowed only four total hits in the game. In game three, Team Kerr had the bases loaded against starting pitcher Alex Hatch but went away empty-handed as Team Reppert closed out the series with a 4-0 win. Jordan Silva had 2 RBI’s. Pribble and Anderson again had RBI hits as well. Extra base hits were by John Bodenhamer (Team Reppert) and Aaron Stroosma (Team Kerr).
