In their lone match last week on October 22nd Bellevue College’s volleyball team fell to Shoreline Community College on the road, losing in three.
Bellevue’s Emma Rogel and Jessicca Weitman both recorded nine kills for the match. Brandy Johnson also recorded seven for the team. Veronica Wetzel provided 28 assists throughout the match.
On the defensive side, Weitman provided seven digs as did Desiree Diego, a regular defensive contributor. Seven other Bulldogs recorded a dig in the process as all 10 players for Bellevue participated.
Shoreline defeated Bellevue 25-20, 25-22, and 27-25 in three games.
The Bulldogs remain in fourth place in the North Region of the NWAACC but their record has dipped below .500 in league play dropping to 3-4.
Up next for the volleyball team is a match Olympic College on Wednesday October 27th at 7PM. Both will take place at home in Bellevue.
