Use of the Bellevue College Wireless Network is governed
by the BC
Network Acceptable use policy. Failure to comply with the requirements of
the policy will result in loss of access to the computer network.
Please be aware of the following:
- Uninterrupted access is NOT
guaranteed.
- DO NOT use the wireless network for the transmission
of ANY confidential information.
- All activity through the wireless network is logged.
- This is a shared connection. Any overuse by one user will result in the
abuser losing their connection to the Internet.
- At the end of each quarter all access to the BC wireless network will be
removed. If you wish to have access the following quarter, you will have to
repeat this setup process.
- DO NOT share your wireless access with others. Doing
so will result in permanent loss of all access.
- Use of the BC wireless system is a privilege not a right and may be revoked
at any time.
- All current updates and patches must have been run on your system before
connecting to the wireless network. Any systems found to be compromised will lose access to the network.
