Proctor Required for Exams:  Department policies require proctored mid-terms and/or finals for this course.  Instructors will make times and places available for those who can take the exams on-campus. Students who are completely at a distance will need to locate a proctor (a local educator, minister, librarian, etc.) within the first week of the quarter and notify the instructor of the person's name, title, address and phone number.
