Request Web Server Access
Permission to access the college server is granted to Bellevue College employees for the purpose of hosting an official, personal or affiliate organization website. Students wishing to host a website for their chartered club or group may request access to the Academic Network web server.
These forms are designed to print from the browser. Select the form you need, complete it and mail to the location indicated on the form.
Website access request form
Instructions: Use this form if you are wishing to set up or manage a college website. This form is for websites or pages that are intended to officially represent your department and the college. All website requirements and procedures are outlined in the Standards section of this guide.
Video/audio streaming website request form
Instructions: Use this form if you wish to set up a streaming RealAudio or RealVideo file as feature on a Bellevue College website.
Academic Network web space usage contract
Instructions: Use this form if you are member of a chartered BCC student organization and you want a website for your group. Complete the form and submit to the Computing Services office. This contract refers to the Academic Network Web Space Usage Policy.
