There are many different resources available to you to help you create or manage your website. Check out these examples; you may find them useful.
- Web Services
Web Services is the primary resource for website managers. These are some of the types of assistance this department provides- Helping departments in website planning, defining goals, etc.
- Getting website managers started in managing their official websites.
- Answering technical questions about managing official websites.
- Hire interns/hire hourly staff
Some departments will hire hourly students or interns to help them design a website or maintain it. If you want to promote an hourly position or an internship, please contact the Career Center.
- Digital Media Arts Students
Media students are often a great resource for departments in designing websites. They may be working on class projects or may need to fulfill an internship requirement. Contact the Digital Media Arts Program Chair if you are interested in using Media students as a resource.
- Faculty Resource Center
The Faculty Resource Center will help academic departments and programs build new websites depending on time and availability. Please contact the Faculty Resource Center for more information
- Outside help
Departments will sometimes hire outside personnel to plan and design their websites. There are many companies in the area that provide this kind of assistance.
