| When you have registered for the Winter quarter 2013, you will need to complete and turn in Workforce Education Quarterly Enrollment Form (formerly OG Funding Request Form) to B-131. Without this form, tuition will not be paid and book accounts will not be open. (This form is also available at the front desk in B131) |
