ASG LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE PROGRAM OF EVENTS Bellevue Community College
  • Support for BCC joining the Washington student lobby (WSL): We surveyed student to see what their opinion was if we joined the WSL. (The WSL is the statewide student association for Washington State; it is led by students that work exclusively on the issues of accessibility and affordability of higher education.)
  • Support for ASG legislative committee to use S&A fees for lobbying: We surveyed students to get their opinion as to whether or not the ASG legislative committee should be able to use S&A funds to lobby and advocate on behalf of BCC students.
  • Survey of student issues: In order to accurately represent the student’s interest at Bellevue Community College, The ASG legislative committee surveyed students to learn what issues are most important to students on our campus.
