Description: 
Vision: We aim to be a really fun group of people who do yoga and serve the community. We will hold empowerment seminars periodically and be a place to relax and enjoy being students while serving the community.
Mission: Teach Practical, easy to follow techniques to handle stress in order to become efficient and manage school, work and relationships. Offer periodic Youth Empowerment programs.
Collaborate with UW Chapter for YES+ Course quarterly. Meet for weekly gatherings, coordinate and participate in community service projects.
