Description: Vision: This group would like t see expansion to the Eastside and Seattle communities as well as other Washington State Community Colleges. We are interested in service to the community through collective means and envision volunteerism, community growth, and spreading compassion toward others.

Mission: The Pay It Forward Movement (www.payitforwardmovement.org and www.payitforward foundation.org) is rooted in the idea that spreading random acts of kindness to others (both familiar and unfamiliar alike) enables community growth and the spread of compassion. We believe that it is the duty of all people to help each other in order to promote a more positive society. Through service to the greater community (raising and donation funds to homeless organizations or the giving of time and energy as well as giving time college-wide, for example), we believe that The Pay It Forward club at BCC will promote a vision of pluralism and equity for all involved.
Goals: Our goals, overall, are to influence other people in hopes of creating a chain reaction that will influence society through socially aware choices.
