How to register for classes, workshops, and panels

  1. In person. Register at our Centers located on the 2nd floor of the Student Services Building on the main campus during business hours.
     
  2. By phone. For non-credit classes or workshops, call during business hours to register, (425) 564-2279. For our Career & Life Planning class, you will need to meet with our Transitions Coach to register.
     
  3. By web. Register for credit classes via www.bcc.ctc.edu. If you are not a current credit student, follow the instructions to apply to BCC before you register. Call (425) 564-2222 for assistance.
     
    For non-credit workshops, register via bellevuecollege.edu. For our Career & Life Planning class, you will need to meet with our Transitions Coach to register. Call (425) 564-2279 to schedule an appointment.

Résumé & Interviewing Strategies

2-credit, 2-weekend class, EXPRL 220

Learn to create a winning résumé and represent your best talents in interview situations. Guest speakers from local companies will tell you what they really want to see on résumés and hear about in job interviews. Class will include practice interviews.

Learning Portfolio Fundamentals

2 credit class, EXPRL 190

  • Learn what employers want you to learn in college besides your major
  • Create a portfolio from class projects, volunteer and work experiences
  • Present your portfolio at interviews and prove your potential
  • Impress recruiters for admission to transfer institutions and jobs

Interview Practice Sessions

Sign up for a one-hour practice interview with a representative from a local company. This is an excellent way to experience a realistic interview and receive feedback, without the pressure. Each interview includes a set of practice questions and tips. You will need to e-mail your résumé one week prior to your practice interview to jfoster@bcc.ctc.edu to participate.
