Qualifications:

• Be residents of Washington state
• Be prisoners, or formerly prisoners
• Be low income
• Demonstrate that they have the life skills necessary to succeed at school     and work
• Demonstrate that they are ready to make school their first priority, and work  hard to achieve their academic goals
• Enroll in an accredited public college or university in Washington State.

In order to remain enrolled in our program, students must:

• Remain enrolled in school in good academic standing (2.5 GPA or above)
• Apply for federal financial aid or other scholarships as appropriate
• Work part time, if possible
