Qualifications:
- Applicants must be an American Indian, Alaskan Native, or a Hawaiian Native, and a resident of Martin Luther King County
- Student who are enrolled in an accredited vocational training program (for a one-time grant) ,OR
- Student who are enrolled in an accredited college course for an AA or BA degree(for tuition assistance.)
