Qualifications:
- Must be Alaskan Native
- Cumulative GPA meets the minimum 2.5 requirement
- Must be accepted or enrolled full-time in degree-seeking program if a scholarship applicant, or
- Must be enrolled part-time or full-time in a technical skills certificate, or degree program which prepares the student
for employment, and
- The college/university/institute must be accredited or otherwise approved by a recognized agency.
