How to register for classes, workshops, and panels

  1. In person. Register at our Centers located on the 2nd floor of the Student Services Building on the main campus during business hours.
     
  2. By phone. For non-credit classes or workshops, call during business hours (M-Th, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Fri. 8:30 a.m.–3:00) to register, (425) 564-2279. For our Career & Life Planning class, you will need to talk or meet with a career consultant to register.
     
  3. By web. If you are not a current credit student, follow the instructions to apply to BCC before you register. Call (425) 564-2222 for assistance.
     

Résumé & Interviewing Strategies

2-credit, 2-weekend class, EXPRL 220

Learn how to create a winning résumé and represent your best talents in interview situations. Guest speakers from local companies will tell you what they really want to see on résumés and hear about in job interviews.

  • Class will include practice interviews with company representatives.
  • Credit tuition and fees apply.

2 weekends, non-credit, call to sign up

Identify your interests and transferable skills. Find career options to fit your skills and experiences. Get the latest information on retraining. Fee: $99.

Learning Portfolio Fundamentals

2 credits, online class, EXPRL 190

Learn how to create your portfolio to help you get an edge in job interviews; university and scholarship applications; and in determining your career path. Use computer applications and web-based programs to begin creating your learning portfolio from class projects, volunteer and work experience.

Class combines online learning with two, on-campus meeting times on Apr. 5 & May 3, 3:30–5:00 p.m.

Continuous enrollment, variable 2-5 CR, EXPRL 191, 192, & 193

Interview Practice Sessions

Fall sessions only open to currently enrolled credit students. Sign up for a one-hour practice interview with a Boeing retiree. This is an excellent way to experience a realistic interview and receive feedback, without the pressure. You will need to e-mail your résumé one week prior to your practice interview to jfoster@bellevuecollege.edu to participate.
