Technical Support


Technical Support certificates and degrees prepare graduates to connect computers and other resources in a network and install and configure hardware and software in microcomputers.. In addition to technical content, the courses include skills in four areas: communication skills (oral, written, and listening), general business skills, teamwork, and problem solving.


These programs include study in the following certification areas:

  • Comptia Net+
  • Comptia Linux+
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
