POLICY

In accordance with RCW 28B.10.528, and Board of Trustees Resolution 246, the board of trustees delegates to the president of Bellevue College all powers and duties and all expressed or implied authority to carry out the administration and operation of Bellevue College, except the authority to hire the college president and the authority to grant tenure. All these delegated powers and duties may be exercised by the president in the name of Bellevue College.
