MCS is committed to institutional capacity building by serving and supporting our faculty and staff as an internal consultant and content expert in the area of intercultural and multicultural skill building, facilitation, professional developement. We are only a phone call or an email away. Please contact us if you would like us to provide some professional development resources and trainings. We will continue to add articles that focus on multicultural knowlege and skill building in higher education, working with diverse student populations in the class room and on campus. Please let us know if you have any good resources and we will gladly add links or documents through our website.

MCS staff works with all Bellevue College students in general and diverse students in particular. We have a track record of excellence in serving the students with respect, patience, and long term. Most of our students become part of the MCS family after their presenting issues have been addressed. We use a holistic intercultural student development and service approach. Our staff looks at all aspects of the student's life and discuss impact of both academic and non-academic stressors on student success as they help students generate viable solutions to their presenting concerns.
MCS Early Student Engagement Program
The MCS Early Engagement Program is designed to identify multicultural students who may have higher probability of becoming at risk. This program is designed to engage and support our multicultural students using an assessment-based approach to build customized interventions for our students' needs.
